More than a community center – a space for education, hope and solidarity
The Public Association „Rural Women Rise" was founded with the purpose of supporting the development of rural communities through activities dedicated especially to children and women. We believe that through education, involvement and collaboration, we can build more prosperous, more united villages better prepared for the future.
We aim to create a modern community hub, a safe and welcoming space, intended for educational, cultural and practical activities, both for children and for women from Zîmbreni village and neighboring localities.
This hub will become a meeting point, learning and inspiration, where community members will be able to participate in various activities meant to support their personal and professional development.
Discover the beautiful moments from activities with children and women from the community
In December, we organized a special Christmas campaign, during which 147 gift boxes were distributed to children from Zîmbreni village, bringing joy and hope to the homes of families in our community.
We also organized a memorable activity for 30 children from vulnerable families, who were transported by bus to a show dedicated to the winter holidays.
In partnership with AFAD, we organized a local program in Zîmbreni, which was attended by 22 women – housewives and entrepreneurs, offering them development opportunities and support in their endeavors.
Following the program, 3 grants were won, representing an important achievement for the participants and a confirmation of the potential of women in our community.

The villages Zîmbreni, Horești, Costești, Mileștii, Suruceni, Ialoveni, Țipala and Răzeni have significant community potential, but children's and women's access to modern educational programs, recreational activities and specialized support services remains limited.

Practical training, mentoring, sports activities and emotional support for labor market integration

Interior Design Architect - Author of the renovation project
Founder of AI DESIGN – "Architecture Interior Design" LLC, a company born from the passion for beauty, harmony and authentic comfort. After a solid career in banking, Ina chose to follow her soul's calling for creation, transforming her love for art into a profession. Today, she creates refined and functional interiors, in which each detail tells a story about the client's personality. Ina is the author of the renovation project of this center's building, bringing her unique vision to transform the space into the ideal place for women from rural areas.
Five strong women, united by a common vision: to create real opportunities for children and women from rural areas. With experience in entrepreneurship, social services and community involvement, they transform the dream of a community center into reality.

She is a program manager with over 20 years of experience in coordinating and implementing community and social development projects.
